Safak Yilmaz

Safak believes a first phone call should leave someone feeling less overwhelmed than when they picked up. He answers incoming inquiries with a calm, unhurried manner that turns a daunting process into a clear set of next steps, and a one-off conversation into a lasting relationship.

A Bachelor's degree and an MBA from Maltepe University in Turkey laid the groundwork for a career spent almost entirely in client-facing roles. Over more than five years, Safak has built the kind of communication skills that let him connect easily with entrepreneurs from a wide range of backgrounds, in both Turkish and English. Most recently, as a Senior Inside Sales Specialist, he owned the full sales cycle: experience that translates directly into his work at Intercompany Solutions, guiding clients through every stage of establishing a business in the Netherlands.

Before joining the team, Safak supported Turkish entrepreneurs expanding abroad, advising on incorporation in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Estonia, France, Germany, and the United Arab Emirates. That global tax and business exposure gave him a sharp sense of what it actually takes to set up and run a company across borders.

Outside of work, Safak is drawn to travelling, running, and trying new cuisines, the last of which he has had plenty of opportunity to explore since moving to the Netherlands a year ago.
