Veronika's instinct is to ask questions before giving answers. She starts every relationship by understanding what an entrepreneur is actually trying to build, then breaks the legal and administrative requirements of Dutch company formation down into clear, practical steps, staying involved from the first consultation through incorporation and beyond.
She holds dual Master's degrees in International Relations and Human Rights, and has completed professional training in project management and negotiation. Her career has moved between business development and the non-profit sector. On the commercial side, she worked with international clients to establish partnerships and open up new markets; on the non-profit side, she conducted research and wrote analytical articles on social and international issues. Both paths involved the same thing, working with people from very different countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds, and both shaped the way she approaches clients today.
Raised in Ukraine, Veronika completed an exchange Master's programme across Armenia and Georgia before settling in the Netherlands four years ago. She speaks English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Armenian, with intermediate Dutch. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, working out, traveling, and spending time by the sea, along with meeting people from around the world.
Her outlook is shaped by a simple conviction: curiosity, kindness, and resilience will open more doors than anything else.
