Samim's strength is patience. Rather than rushing to a solution, he takes the time to understand what a client is actually dealing with, then works with internal specialists to resolve it.
He holds a Master's degree in Urban Management and Development from IHS, Erasmus University Rotterdam, with a specialisation in management, finance, and real estate, and has completed further training in leadership and management, annual reporting, and VAT filing. Before moving to the Netherlands, Samim worked in Afghanistan with both national and international organisations in real estate finance and economic development. That work spanned the full range, from large-scale finance and investment projects to hands-on accounting matters such as financial data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation, giving him a well-rounded foundation across different scales and industries.
Samim has lived in the Netherlands for five years and speaks four languages: Farsi, Pashto, English, and conversational Dutch, which he continues to improve. Outside of work he plays chess and attends the Taal Cafe at his local library, where Dutch speakers and learners meet to practise, play games, and spend time together. He works by a straightforward principle: working hard and staying honest always pays off, whether or not anyone is watching.
