His background is in finance and accounting, built on a university degree in accounting and years of practical experience with financial administration.
At Intercompany Solutions, Wilbian works daily with companies from a wide range of countries and industries, giving him a strong grasp of international business structures and the financial and administrative obligations that come with operating in the Netherlands. Alongside client work, he supports colleagues on accounting and tax matters and contributes to improving internal processes, something he sees as part of a wider commitment to teamwork and shared knowledge.
Born and raised in the Netherlands, Wilbian speaks Dutch and English. Outside of work he enjoys sports, city trips, culinary experiences, and reading. His professional motto is simple: "Do it right the first time."
